American country music duo Brothers Osborne stops by the Cellar to take a trip with Phil down memory lane and jam on their mega-hit "It Ain’t My Fault."
Brothers Osborne talk about their long history with Phil, including TJ first starting out in the music business by driving the truck for Phil’s tour.
